Having owned and operated a Mortgage and Real Estate Company for 12 year with her husband Jeff, she knows the importance of customer satisfaction. She doesn’t think the customer comes first, she KNOWS the customer comes first. Because of this, she has positioned herself to close over $45 million annually.

Cheryl is the Director of REO. She has successfully built two teams of professionals one manages bank owned property known as REO or foreclosures and the other team focuses on traditional real estate that includes buying, selling, land acquisition, leasing, and distress properties including but not limited to Probate, Divorce, Short Sales and Bankruptcy.
Cheryl and her team build a solid professional relationship with their clients, focusing on the details of the transactions, and mastering the art of negotiation. They are committed to exceed expectations. As a client of Cheryl’s team you will have access to each and every member, 7 days a week. The department is a full service concierge which handles everything from Listing, Buying, Investment Properties, Cash for Keys, Accounting, Property Management, Construction, Invoicing, Staging, Reservations, Airlines, and much more.
Cheryl also is an accomplished Certified Trainer specializing in Social Media, state of the art Technology and out of the box Marketing. She has coordinated national seminars and events with upwards of 500 attendees.
Cheryl grew up in New England prior to moving to Florida in 1991. In her younger years she was an accomplished equestrian, specializing in Hunter Jumper and Dressage. Cheryl has been with her husband for 22 years. She has 2 grown children and one fur baby (Yellow Lab) named Harley. In her down time, she volunteers for charitable organizations for children and animals. She also has a passion for riding motorcycles.
